Software Design&Development · ex-Mechanical Engineering

From mechanical engineering to software: systems built for real constraints.

About me

I finished my Mechanical Engineering degree in 2021 and graduated in 2022. I spent a year working in the field while specializing further, and that's when I noticed how outdated the company's processes were; they needed something to make them faster and more efficient, and no one was solving that. That pushed me toward programs like Alura Latam, built for people switching careers, and I ended up diving in fully until I decided to study something more formal: a 3-year technical degree in Software Design & Development. Today I identify as a software developer, and mechanical engineering is more of a differentiator I bring with me: I understand firsthand the problems of industrial sectors most developers have never set foot in, and I can bring real solutions there. I use AI not just to code faster, but as an active part of how I build: agents, process automation, picking up new tools on the fly. I've been putting all of this into practice in real projects, some already deployed to production, which you can see below.
